Reviewer Finder

Active reviewers for a manuscript, ranked by how closely their recent work fits and how likely they are to say yes. Potential overlaps with the authors (a shared paper, the same institution) are listed separately with the evidence, your own reviewers' history counts, and every suggestion shows its reasons.

It suggests; you decide. Candidates come from OpenAlex, which doesn't hold every researcher, email address or unpublished link. Check each person before inviting.
What leaves your computer. The manuscript is read inside your browser. Its title, keywords, key terms from the abstract, reference DOIs and the authors' names go to OpenAlex (and ORCID and ROR, for the authors) to search. Your Reviewer Tracker stays in this browser.
Preparing the finder. The first visit takes a few seconds…

II Authors and exclusions

The authors are needed to look for overlaps with them (shared papers, the same institution). Suggested reviewers named by the authors are checked by Cygnus. Add anyone the editor or authors asked to exclude.
