Peer review Double-blind adds checks that the manuscript doesn't reveal who the authors are. Reference style “Any” checks citations match the list and are consistent; a named style also checks its format. Abstract word limit Flag data collected before Abbreviations to ignore Ones this journal doesn't require authors to define, separated by commas. Skip gene, cell-line and chemical names (e.g. TP53, MCF-7, NaCl)

Must fix and Should fix make a manuscript Needs revision. Advisory items are shown but don't block it. Off skips the check.
